New Life involvement:
West African - Urban Ministry Cooperative
Ministry Update (provided 2/17/08)
From the sale of the products hand crafted from the women at Urban Ministry Cooperative, New Life raised well over $500.00! Thank you for your desire to help others by purchasing these products!! This money goes to CRWRC and is divided to help 2 different projects:
1) It will help fund the Micro-Loan program for widows in Nigeria
2) In addition to the fair wages paid to Urban Ministry for their purchased products, money will also be sent to help them with their Literacy Program, Skills Acquisition Program, Income Generating Training and Health Care (including AIDS education).

we celebrate 12 years of God's faithfulness and love at New Life
Church, we would like to share His faithfulness and love with others.
Hop
in the van with other New Lifer's to flooded-out Cedar Rapids, Iowa in
conjunction with the CRWRC. Approximate cost is $300 per person.

Do you have a heart for missions, but are not able to go on our New Life Mission Trip to Cedar Rapids?
Are you owndering how you could hlep out, but you are unsure what to do?
1. PRAY - The team that goes will need prayers for safe travel, health, strength, cooperation, ability to work together.
2. DONATE - Each team member needs to raise a minimum of $300. Would you like to donate money to help someone who doesn't have it but really wants to go to help in Iowa? Place the money/check in an envelope and clearly mark it "Iowa Missions Trip."
Your prayers and donations are just as important as being there!
