CHILDREN'S MINISTRY is beginning to work with a new computer check-in program.  If you have not filled out an updated family information form, please pick one up from the Children's Welcome Center in the lobby.  Thank you for your help and your patience during this transition.

THE NEXT INTRO TO NEW LIFE CLASS will be held on Sunday, August 22 from 2 PM to 6 PM with a pizza dinner at the close of the class.  If you want to know more about the past, present and future of New Life, taught by Pastor Jul, please consider attending this class (which also functions as our church membership class; however, there is no cost or obligation for attending).  To sign up, contact Pastor Jul at medenbliks@aol.com or note your interest on a Welcome Card.

KINGDOM KIDS CHECK-IN:  We are now using the computer exclusively for check in for children age 3-5th grade.  Please check your child in before going into service.  Children should be in service with parents until the dismissal to Kingdom Kids.  If you forget to check in your child before dismissal, please walk your child to the correct classroom and sign him or her in there.  Please do not send your child, regardless of age, out alone if he or she has not been checked in.  Nursery children will still need to be checked in using the clipboards until we can get a second computer up and running.  (If you have older children, you may also print a label for your nursery-age child.  Please check the child in on the clipboard.)

FLU CLINIC:  On Sunday, September 26 from 8 AM to 12 PM, Maxim Healthcare will be offering the flu vaccine to anyone over the age of four.  No reservations are required.

The cost is $30 for flu vaccine and $50 for pneumonia shots. No cost to Medicare Part B and participating health plans that provide valid coverage documentation.

STUDENT MINISTRY UPDATE:  Kyle Stambaugh was offered the position of Student Ministry Director and has accepted.  We give thanks to God for his leading.  Kyle is expected to begin in the next few weeks.
