New Life Communications Process - How it works

  • Submit form below and it will be routed to our Ministry Resource Coordinator (MRC)
  • MRC will distribute info to appropriate members of the Communications Team.
  • You be contacted directly by specific members of the Comm. Team based upon your request. 
     Note:
    if you haven’t received feedback in one week – please contact MRC and inquire.

           * Turn in form (e-mail or drop-off) to MRC by Tuesdays.

         Mail Slots
           * You create the insert (any size).
           * Provide a copy to MRC by Wednsdays.  MRC will make copies and place in mailslots.

         Ministry Moment
          * This occurs during weekend services.  You must plan this 6 weeks in advance.
          * Complete Ministry Moment Section below.

         Website
          * 2 week lead time required.  Info will be pulled from Event Details Section.

  • For potential videos to be created, there must be 5-6 weeks notice for the Video Team to compete.
  • The video team needs to present the completed video 2 weeks in advance of the air date for proofing.
