Take some time to relax and unwind with exercise. The class will begin with some gentle breathing exercises, followed by a series of stretching. During the second half of class, unwind and relax through restorative postures to help us find stillness and calmness to focus on God. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a exercise/yoga mat. The New Life Church Prayer Shawl Ministry has touched many lives with the comfort of a Prayer Shawl. Come join us to learn to crochet as we interweave it with the power of prayer. We will share how you can start your own prayer shawl ministry as well. Presenters: Michelle Duff and Barb Vanderbent
